How to hire a vehicle
Read carefully the general Terms and Conditions prior to sending an application to hire a vehicle.
Choose the vehicle and the rental period you want the vehicle for. Remember to state the exact time of collection of the vehicle.
Send an enquiry to Sunshine & Company s.r.l for vehicle availablility and we will reply to you within 72 hours.
After Sunshine & Company s.r.l. have sent you confirmation of the availability of the vehicle you have 72 hours in which to book the vehicle and authorise Sunshine & Company s.r.l. to debit you for 30% of the total hire as a deposit.
The booking is confirmed after Sunshine & Company s.r.l. has sent an acceptance e-mail and, only at this stage, will the company take the deposit for the hire of the vehicle.
15 days prior to the first day of the hire period Sunshine & Company s.r.l. will send you an e-mail with instructions to pay the balance (viz 70%). Remember to pay the balance not less than 5 days before the first day of the hire. Failure to do so will result in the contract being annulled and you will lose your deposit.
